Will you be carving pumpkins this year? George & I did last year (although his idea of doing his with a Dremel was not a good idea!) and we had great fun at it.

In case you feel like it, here’s a few ideas to get you inspired!

The IFWDC (Irish 4 Wheel Drive Club) lads were out and about on a club fun day recently. While the main aim of these days is all about driving to what look like unreachable places, they also have a good group of photographers who grab some great shots on the day. Of the last batch, this one is certainly my favourite!

I was reading a post over on Bill’s Blog this morning about RyanAir which linked to an interesting article outlining their operating philosophy and how it compares to the budget airlines in the US (which it was originally modeled after).

It reminded me of a picture that we took in Luton Airport back in Autumn 2002 of a RyanAir plane all decked out in Hertz advertising, we nicknamed it the ‘Rent-a-plane”! Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to fly in it and see if it was all yellow on the inside as well…

Except thats no excuse, Istanbul Park in Turkey has more money than the Nurburgring, that’s for sure? So just what were they thinking when they sent the F1 drivers out on their ‘driver parade’ clinging onto stripper’s poles???
Credits to Sutton photography for the Istanbul photo, and to My Hubbie for the Nurburgring photos…

Time passes, stuff happens, I am lazy, but so what!

So what has happened in the last couple of months? After the frenchies left, we had a mad dash down to Sligo for my cousin Aoife’s wedding to Damien. Great fun was had by all, I have to say that when the Molonys and the Ellards get together they will drink anywhere dry and dance as long as the music is going! G & I seem to be getting old though, as we left pretty early, but we were glad of it the next day. G also managed to run into a few of his old mates there from the music biz in Dublin so had a good old catch up with them.

After the wedding, my American cousins Brian & Claire came and stayed with us for a night. It’s going to be Claire’s last transatlantic trip for a while as we discovered - she’s going to have a babby in January 06! It was great to see the guys again and to catch up on what all the family is doing.

Work has been as hectic as ever, but hopefully it’s all working towards something good for me! The team in the US that I work with has finally got funding for a new headcount for the EMEA region - and I have applied! The interviews went really well and I should hear if I’ve got it in the near future. It will be a permanent pensionable job and should help to direct my career in the direction that I want it to go - soon i will be running the world!!! *evil laugh*

Rumor had it she was a whore from Pahrump. But it didn’t matter to those who knew her: Everyone agreed Priscilla was the most beautiful.
On June 24, 1957, the U.S. military touched off a 37-kiloton nuclear device over Frenchman Flat, a dry lake bed about 75 miles northwest of Las Vegas. The atmospheric test, code-named Priscilla, was one in a series called Operation Plumbbob. The provenance of the code name remains obscure; the earliest tests were ordered on the old military alphabet (Able, Baker, Charlie), but several tests in the 1950s were named after women. Test site lore persists that some were named for local prostitutes.
